tbh people like bwipo, inspired, apa, zven HARDCARRY this type of content. And I don't even mean that at least one of them has to be in every pros but them talking publicly with little filters gives other players the confidence to open up aswell. They CREATED this environment that helps everyone open up. 99% of pros in previous years were SOOOO incredibly stiff and filtered that stuff like this wouldn't really be possible. The only exception that comes up to my mind is doublelift. That sad the LCS content team has been shit for so many years and I am really happy that they took this opportunity and made something great out of this situation.
@@markmyers8491 ngl I honestly think the lck and lpl players think of apa as a joke and don't respect him at all. So I don't think he had anything to do with it
I'm a 100T fan at heart and first. But when any other NA team play no matter against who it is I'm NA all the way!!!! Personally that's a no brainer, I wanna see the region do well and get better all around. And be the talk of a top region
I think the earnest mentorship Bwipo displayed in this episode was extremely heartwarming to see. Nothing but love towards all of our NA representatives this year, even if C9 couldn't figure it out this time.
I love hearing from UmTi that he wants NA to succeed over LCK in particular to silence the haters saying "LCS is bad bc UmTi and Quad look good in LCS". The more passion and underdog mentality, I think the better the upset potential for the LCS at worlds
@jakekonrad815 Both of their points can stand. LCK is better, but many of their players have come to the LCS and not only failed to dominate, but to compete.
No dog in the fight for any of these teams but excited for NA at worlds- win or lose. Pros has done so much groundwork for humanizing our players. Thank you, LCS. Let's go out with a bang, gents!
Not always the biggest bwipo fan, but I’ll say, Bwipo’s encouragement is overall a plus for the NA region and I love to see him encouraging the young top laners.
Bwipo just likes to talk, Sniper is just a teenager and is living the dream😂 he just always seems so happy no matter what, even when they lose. That's not easy to do man
I'm 39 years old, recently laid off, and in a new phase of my life. What are my best options for steady income given that I have 425K saved for retirement, 10K in an HSA, and a property that might bring in an additional 200K?
Is it time for a career shift or should I consolidate my investments into a single account? If I go for the latter, how do I do it right, and what could be the drawbacks? Plus, with a $200K property sale on the horizon, should I combine my investments or diversify them across different markets?
These are crucial questions for a financial planner. I met mine at a NYSE summit, and with her help, my wife and I reallocated our $1.7M portfolio between a traditional IRA and a brokerage account. She’s been making investments with our approval and has helped us recover twice our losses. We’re holding steady and carefully navigating more markets
Umti "I hate when people say I won lcs because I'm Korean and lcs is bad" Sniper "but dude isn't that crazy you weren't good in lck but lcs sucks so you came here and won?"
Its kinda true but that's the whole point of imports right? Korean players are just that good. I dont find it insulting especially when imports like umti are really passionate and interesting to talk to.
I think the discussion about scrims and the attitude people have about it is incredibly important, I hope they go into every stage game with a winning mindset, so many worlds game the LCS teams have looked like they lost before the game started.
Please bring Sniper, Bwipo and Inspired on more podcasts. They care about giving the fans entertainment by not being afraid to be honest about their opinions and show their personality.
I never really paid much attention to Umti but this interview really put him in my heart! Hearing him wholehearted side with his region.. hes more committed then some native players!
Umti was super emotional about TL’s spring championship. You can see how much league matters to him. I love that he values and respects NA (players and community alike)
I love that in the beginning of the season, Bwipo was saying how he would humble Sniper in Bwipo speak. Its great to see him completely change his tune, and telling Sniper to believe in himself. Love it. Lets go NA!!
This episode is great. Umti is cool every time he comes up. Spiner is such a joy. I love his energy. Bwipo is a yapper with an experience they need to hear.
It's nice to see Bwipo being more humble (saying he's a weak point) and complimentary of others (like of Sniper's play etc) since winning. It makes me think that maybe part of the "Villain arc" persona was coming from a place of frustration over the 6 year drought of 1st place wins -- maybe feeling like he needed to project a "best of the best" mentality to overcome fans (or himself) doubting his ability to get back there.
This video really shows how much heart the LCS players have for each other! 🥰 Bwipo seems like such a solid mentor, truly inspiring. And I can feel the hype for Sniper too! Let’s hope NA brings that fire to Worlds! 🔥💪
My heart is warm from seeing Bwipo share this (real, actual) wisdom with the other team reps in this interview. I have high hopes for the LCS, for the first time in a while. GL out there, boys.
If an LCS team makes it to semi's, I will cry tears of joy. I have been watching competitive LoL and LCS since 2013, and NA has always had low expectations. But this year is different. I feel like our league today is the best it has ever been. Even if we don't do well this year, next year will be better. If all we get is more experience under the belt of our rookies, I will be happy. If we get a single crazy outplay by sniper/massu, I will be happy. Go get em', boys.
Umti is so wholesome. I wonder if the pyosik callout was because he wants revenge for his teammate APA or because pyosik was one of the LCK players shitting on LCS and saying it’s free region.
I love bwipo man his camaraderie amazes me “I think you can aim higher because you beat me. You solo killed me and If you can solo, kill me, you can solo kill those guys. “ Must be a vibe to be around this guy and have him on your team
the way Bwipo oscillates between saying something genuinely interesting to something so painfully pseudo intellectual I have to skip past it is an insane roller coaster
I remember an interview about Impact, when he said that he is not regretting his decision to leave LCK because if he stayed there he will not be an MVP and he will not shine on his own because he will always be in the shadow of Faker. LCK is a strong region, but I think their players especially T1 are already tired because they have a lot of commitments, some fans even said that they can't even practice for regionals. But LCK is grateful for Faker and T1 because they always negotiate for a higher salary for all players, not just their own but the entire LCK, Faker is being paid by SK Telecom themselves so that the salary of the other players will also be competitive.
Its similar to the Messi problem. There is a reason why PSG failed because, whilst they have incredibly talented players, they are just told to pass it to Messi, neymar, etc
Bwipo needs to carry this confidence 24/7. He stuttered so badly in his interviews early this year, and now he sounds so much more articulate. Same with Umti!
Bwipo seems like such a good guy. Was nice to see the respect he has for Sniper and giving him tips for preparing for worlds. 100% class act. Those all these guys were genuinely class acts this show has been great all season.
This was an amazing episode. Bwipo is getting to be CoreJJ and Impact level of NA import gem. These players care about NA league of legends and they bring their expertise to truly spread knowledge to the future of the league. Really cool to see Sniper just absorbing everything Bwipo was saying. I bet you anything, if Sniper has a good run at worlds, it started with this conversation.
I wasn't a big fan of Bwipo starting out this year because he and Inspired felt a lot like they were in this for themselves, but the more I hear from him the more of a fan I become. Yeah, he talks a lot and he's competitive and he maybe needs to be humbled...but seeing his love for the game transform from his personal accolades to really wanting to leave a legacy for the next generation to follow is so heartwarming. He puts his heart on his sleeve and there's no doubt the amount of love he has for the game, but also for his younger Flyquest players.
Its crazy to see how freaking insane bwipos advices are. Like we all seen the championQ clips of him "Flaming". But thats jsut his language of giving Advice. Like here he knows he can give Advice and since there is no logical Thinking required hes just super calm.
God I love Pros, such a good series damn. Bwipo is such a great player to get insight into all aspects of league. Hopefully one day he can be a caster or analyst like Caedrel
Lets go 100T hope they make it through playins and have some good games in groups I know bwipo is good at talking a lot but can we have other flyquest players as well please.
Bwipo is such an insightful person man its crazy, the way he speaks and his pure love for the game and competition and wanting everyone to perform even his opponents
It’s crazy how much shit talk bwippo does but is gonna get absolutely swept at worlds. They are gonna get swept by Eu, LPl, LCK, literally anyone they play. No one’s excited for Bwippo
Didn't know how egotistical bwipo was until all the things that have happened these past few days. I'm not buying the "it's confidence" route either. If he wasn't always like this, someone close to him should check up on him.
