UMvC3 - Ragequit Compilation 3 

(To everyone who plays online) You know, people fail to understand that when you play any game, whether offline or online, you will most definitely lose sometimes. The game developers and programmers didn't program the game for you to win all the time. (Except Big Riggs Over The Road Racing) If they did, what's the point in playing the game in the first place? A game is for you to have fun with others. You have to admit that there are always other people better at the game, so just don't get angry when you lose to others and congratulate them.

all I saw in this video was people not willing to pay for their crimes. you can't escape the law forever.

I mean. People ragequit yeah, it's just an Internet thing. But who goes out of their way to message the other player, "u suck" when they got their asses handed to them?

The first guy was teabagging when he wins, then ragequits when he loses. 2:47 'u suck'. LOL

i don't ragequit. its called when you get beaten five times in a row you decide to give them a gg message and then click exit match. What is annoying is when people then tell me I rage quitted when i completed the match. Also no one plays online UMVC3 on the ps3 anymore. :(

I used to be one of those people who used Simple mode. Back when I HAD the game. Learning the actual moves FOR the combos was insane, then you have people like Mr. Lythero who know how to CANCEL the current move to go to ANOTHER special move IMEDIATELY afterwards

I know this is somewhat non related but I just had to put this here after seeing your vid. One time I was playing SC5 online when I came across this guy with no losses and 100 wins, so I thought crap I'm going to lose horribly. When the fight started I was surprised that I was actually beating him pretty decently, I mean he was good but not over whelming, but when I got him with my special move that would of killed him it disconnected, so I knew then it was him. When searching opponents again, he popped up again and I was like "no I'm not playing with a rage quitter" so I declined the battle. Thats when he messaged me and began insulting me calling me a loser and a noob. My response to him was this "lol" Personally, I don't like losing but I know how to take a lose even if I'm frustrated I still accept it, but I would never rage quit on someone. Just say good game and move on to another opponent and hope for the better.

To this day, we still don't know who committed the crime...

Thanks! I only edited it to go in time with the K.O., but sometimes if I notice something almost clicking together, I'll speed up or slow down the music/gameplay to make it gel better. I never noticed the phone attacks being almost on beat though.

My favourite rage quits are when you then get a message afterwards like "You R Noob" or "Meta-gaming fuck!" or, my personal favourite "You are the worst player ever!"

But the person using simple mode in question wasn't using modok, Iron man, nor Hulk. It goes without saying that simple mode removes tons of options that are normally available, but in this case, the player was using a team that could use simpler button inputs to form a very solid and difficult to beat strategy online. Even then, it meant that I could just throw a Mach Speed at his Joe, because he can't counter it with his own Mach Speed with those controls, but that's besides the point.

I still get the ragequits, and yes, Ace Attorney does cause the majority of them. If anything, there'll be a Ragequit Compilation 4 at some stage, despite me announcing it to be very unlikely at first.

What surprised me was how effective simple mode was. That fellow was able to just viewtiful uppercut and redhotkick all over the place. It was crazy, lol.

Yes and no. This will likely be the last video I upload for x-mas (unless I happen to play UMvC3 and something crazy happens). But the plan is to spend this time working on an animation rather than take a break.

Viewtiful Joe's "Simple" method of throwing voomerangs -is- the light version. And Deadpool's medium guns doesn't shoot any faster than light guns, it simply shoots slightly higher. Now, press a button, and then do a circle input before pressing a button. Which one was faster? (Not to mention infinitely easier)

Ragna everytime. I'm a very shallow person at heart and when I saw a very Dante lookalike character, that was the decision made for me. I also found his constant angry swearing funny too. I sometimes tried to use Taokaka, but I could never invest the time to learn any combos for her.

I have no idea. I simply throw out a taunt if I see the opponent tea-bagging or insulting over a stream chat. It's as simple as that. A lot of people dislike the fact that Phoenix Wright was included in the game and dislike even more when he's used since he's seen as a joke character. Videogames are srs bsns after all.

Q1: At the moment, yes. Q2: Yes, and I had a lot of fun with it at the time. But in Ireland there are literally no people who play BlazBlue any more. And there was only so much I could play against the computer.

I've been hoarding these ragequits all the way back as far as April. So over half a year. This is why I'm doubtful there'll be another Ragequit video unless if I get another 10-15 ragequits, which I think is unlikely.

As a Nemesis player, all your hypers suck. I'm very very sorry. If a Joe player does mach speed, your armoured hyper will not work because it takes a while to activate and doesn't have invincible startup. If you do your hyper first though, it will punch through Mach Speed. In conclusion; don't do a counter hyper at Mach speed unless Joe's considerably far away from Nemesis (to give him time to start his hyper).

Most of these people might have left because they got beat by a Phoenix Wright.

Yes, I distinctly remember stabbing someone in the genital region with my Rebellion sword one day. I'll never forget it and I doubt the person who got stabbed will forget either.

It's still an inconvenience for me. When people disconnect the game it kicks me back to the main menu. Then I have to organise all of the training dummies again >:C

Lythero, I must say, as a relative newbie to the F.G.C., you are probably my most valuable resource of strategy for three of my best characters. Your Phoenix Wright play is the best I've ever seen, and you inspired me to learn and play as him. Joe was another character who you inspired me to play as. Now, i'm a very proficient UMvC3 player, with my personal roster of 35 or so characters. Thank you for being a very motivational player and role model. And thanks for always Keepin' it Stylish.

When your Phoenix Wright came out, and "spammed" his projectile and said constantly "Recognized this?!" I started smirking like crazy. It worked ohhh so perfectly in the situation after he tried spamming you out with Voomerangs. Very nice compilations. Never could understand why people ragequitted in lobbies though... It's not like it's a ranked match. Smh. Good vid, nonetheless.

At around 5:25 Phoenix is about to say "Take That", But in the BGM, A part of the 'Examination' remix has another Phoenix saying "Objection". Having those both playing at once threw me off so much. I figured a Phoenix clone was going to pop out and prove you wrong, Lythero.

Good work exposing rage quitters, Lythero. There is a lot that can be learned from a loss. Rather than being a good sport when losing, some people like to pull the plug early on a match. Some people don't understand that there is value to getting your ass kicking in fighting games.

Man, I loved watching this. Not just because it's funny seeing people rage-quit, but also because most of the people you beat were really stupid teams. If you're using Doom or Vergil online, you have absolutely no right in the world to be salty when you lose.

I've never had a problem with Phoenix Wright after picking up Chris as my main. A well-placed firebomb or two cuts through Maya in a second and magnum beats jam session, and superjump + magnum = assist character infinite from across the screen.
