***** I combo in my head most the Time 2 with Dante thinking about what will work im good with Dante 4 my age.I can bold cancel tiger knee into acid rain and the ice move and everything im pretty advanced with him lol adults underestimated me and they get tucked up. But what im saying is at time I thought about quitting then I saw your combos and kept using Dante and its got me this far thank u so much!

I played way too much DMC4 back then wit Nero. I got used to holding in square while playing normally. It just takes a bit of practice. But just customizing the control scheme to match your needs.

Vergil can't reset the ground bounce on his own, Crinale's avoiding using it, despite using specials and such that cause a ground bounce. The j.S he used on Hulk at 3:48 doesn't use a ground bounce because Hulk was hit with a standing special earlier in the combo. At 4:00 to 4:01, he uses the s.S - s.H link twice, but it doesn't cause a ground bounce until the second time since he hit Nemesis with the second s.S before Nemesis touched the ground. He used similar tech at 4:04 by hitting Neme with a very quick Rising Sun after the s.S - s.H link.

Yup. I delay the H after S a bit so that I hit them before they touch the ground which activates the bounce.

You need that X factor 2/3 speed boost, yeah. Unless you use an assist to stop the bounce.

I say to still play him. The way I see it, he only seems "broken" because of his damage in X-Factor and ease of use (feel free to correct me though, because I'm not big on the tourney scene). I doubt that you could solve the ease of use because he, more or less, plays in the same vein as in DMC3, plus you can always make use of his more advanced combos. I'm sure that limiting his minimum scaling in XF would help a ton with the damage. Outside of XF though, he's got Dante's notorious 5% scaling (the combo on Cap at 1:43 is a great example; the damage barely budged before XF).

***** hah thanks yeah i just never tried doing it in xfactor. I really need to start using judgement cut more in xfactor seems like it combos way easier than i would have thought. Ive also tried that air S then release round trip before you hit the ground. Im not saying i need one but some kinda tutorial for that would be amazing. seems super helpful and i dont see vergils do it. is it xfactor only?

Lintlikr1 the timing is pretty tight for s/roundtrip release but its possible without x factor

***** hey Crinales, this is off topic, but were you the one that made a combo video, and in the middle of the video you showcased dante and vergil? And when i say showcase i mean you were using like all their moves, but it all whiffed (they were on different sides). it was kinda like a movie. It ended in both using level 3's. If so can you please tel me what video that was in? i really wanna show it to a friend of mine. if not if you know who did it could you tell me thanks

Vergil's is the strongest in the game, unless you want to exclude it for requiring 4 HC gauges. Otherwise, I don't know myself, but I'd bet on Doom's level 3 for coming in 2nd place.. it's really damaging.

***** Phoenix Wright's Ace Attorney does the second most damage, and with X-factor it is a instakill.
