A 2 state solution would involve Palestine being recognized as a state. If Israel have been negotiating in good faith for a 2 state solution, then why are they so upset about State-2 in the equation being recognised as a state? Do they want a 1.5 state solution?

At the beginning of the war everyone claimed Israel killed 500 people in a bombing of an hospital. The number was released minutes after the attack and in the end it was discovered that the an almost empty parking lot was bombed by a misfire of the Palestinian jihad

First, they didn't, the number was never revised down. What happened is UN put a revised details of the number, saying 24k have been fully identified while the 10k is still only partially identified/missing/under rubble. Second, _they have healthcare infrastructure for a freaking reason._ This wasn't the first war Gaza have experience so they have system to count while in a war. It's not a perfect number, that usual come after the end of the war, but it's still a number. Not to mention, according to Israel and America, the Health Ministry have historical records of being reliable.
