Should all previously conquered lands be returned to the descendents of its first inhabitants? If not, what's the cutoff? Honestly, it has been over 9 months and Gaza is utterly destroyed : it is almost impossible for that society to maintain itself with such blockades, water cut, fuel blocked, etc. I feel they should not have started this war, but that does not exonerate in any way Israel's obligation to respect International Humanitarian Law. This is a Crime against Humanity and there is ZERO justification possible for this.
