I really enjoy your postings. Do you have any hour long compilations of your playing the guitar but not doing specific pieces of music. Just sort of stream of conciousness noodling along on the guitar? Thanks. I listen to your stylings every morning while I do my workout.

I am working on doing a series of RU-vid videos on how I ended 14 years of being a type 2 diabetic and how others might be able to do what I've done in the last couple of years. Your fingerstyling has played a part in my success as it is the music I listen to while I am working out. I would very much like to include a link to your music when I do the exercise phase of those videos. When I first started I was mostly listening to blues and jazz but I found vocals and the change in rhythm distracting. In searching around for music that would work with what I was trying to do I came across one of your postings and it gets listened to seven days a week and nearly 365 days a year. I find it allows me to focus on my purpose, meditate and, with the headphones on, eliminate the background noises of the household going about its morning routine. Please let me know when you post it. I also purchased the one I listen to not only because it works so well, but when the internet goes down it is still right there on my phone and ready to go.
