From the Trafalgar Editions web page:
Trafalgar editions: Publisher of books and games. Specialized in topics of military history, with special attention to the history of Spain and 2 GM, without disregard issues of maximum relief of the history of humanity.
It will be placed great emphasis on the quality of components and for that reason runs will be small, almost at the level artisanal, returning to the quality that the amateur wants to enjoy and that didn't find many years.

Bart, one of your best reviews. Still just dipping my toe in this. That last HAMTAG was nice too.

@@BondingWithBoardGamesRPGs No they weren't! : ) ... and his non-fiction book on Waterloo bears the appearance of merely being what David Irving calls something like: "The 10th book", in which an author reads nine on a subject and produces his own compendium without adding any further research.

I’ll rephrase. I loved them. I’ve never been very interested in the era but that serious did it for me. I’m afraid to ask your opinion on Will Durants Age of Napoleon Story of Civilization. I just picked that up after playing Borg’s Napoleonics.

@@BondingWithBoardGamesRPGs Be afraid, be very afraid. : ) Never heard of it actually. I have always been interested in the era, perhaps that explains something. Or not. I tried reading just one and it bored me stiff. I just think he's a bad writer - and often inaccurate. The rank and file usually resented jumped-up from the ranks guys like Sharpe and wanted a proper "toff".

This does not go with this review q. Do you have Avalon Hills Firepower? Have you ever reviewed it? It seems interesting as Rule no. 22 Advance Rules allows you to create personal characteristics for your individual soldiers. Would that be like B-17 which I have heard you review?

I bought Firepower when it was brand new. Made several attempts at playing it as a kid and couldn't get it to work right for me. I hear it mentioned now and then. I wouldn't mind breaking it out now that i'm...seasoned...and see how it plays. But I have so many games to play on the shelf...it may have to wait until retirement....
