In dance lingo that's what we call it 'beat box'. We use it to kill beats rather than the lyrics.

yess, when you get to a certain level the choreographers use sounds instead of the count to match the movement and the specific beat. For example 2:06 it´s "BOOOOM" when they´re going down in a smooth movement and "CHA" "IH" "HAH" are sharp ones :-))
