Well, indonesian name wasn't usually that long, usually indonesian has 3 words name (it's still longer than most others foreign name tho, lol) But there's some that has 1, 2 or maybe 4 words (my name is 4 btw) there's no specific rules like family name or anything, For Dita case, "Anak Agung Ayu Puspa Aditya Karang" as you have known she has a Balinese royal blood from her father, so the name "Anak Agung Ayu" is a Title name given only to women that has that royal blood in Bali, then the "Puspa Aditya" was Yogyakarta/Javanese name that came from her mother, then "Karang" was her family name, *As i said, there's no rules on naming, most indonesian has no family name, but we can make it if we want
