"El Pueblo Unido" is a popular Chilean socialist song, and this is an Italian rendition of the same.
"Always Forward" refers to an Italian (liberal/centrist) coalition party. (en.wikipedia.o...)
This video commemorates the 50th anniversary of the coup in Chile, otherwise known as the "other 9/11."
To briefly explain it, a democratically elected socialist government in Chile was overthrown in a coup (sponsored by the USA), establishing a brutal military dictatorship under Pinochet.
