If your land is already DTCP approval, We can apply for building approval. Building approval you can apply in your local body . Bank will also insist for approval.

@@mothishkumarpropertycoach6571 thanks for the reply. To my knowledge, that land is not approved by DTCP. My understanding from your answer, 1.Without DTCP approval i can't go for a construction with bank loan even its a single plot. 2. If i am going for a construction without bank loan , i don't need to get the DTCP approval?

@@iburahim786 , As per law, before any construction you should get approval from your local body. If you are doing construction without approval, it is purely on risk. In future if you want to sell, you can't bcoz registration department won't register it.
