We've gotten countless inquiries already, so we'll answer a few questions here up front:
1. Yes, Koko2 is for sale, though we cannot deliver her until after The Big Tiny Bash, as we've made commitments to all the attendees that she will attend.
2. The price for this exact Koko2 brand new is $84,000. We outfitted Koko with the best of the best, as she is a show unit (though she is for sale, as we mentioned). We will happily customize (for free) a Kokosing as a "base design" with many choices of appliances, finishings, and materials based upon each customer's specific needs, priorities, and budget. Of course, we are a custom builder and mate some of the finer designs you love from Koko with your own vision for your tiny house.
3. You're welcome to come meet Koko! Come see us at The Big Tiny Bash on August 5th in New Paris, Ohio as we kick off the Cedar Springs Tiny Village!
