It really annoys me that the Jewish people want everyones support in their action against Hamas. In return they disrespect those who they expect support from.
How can these i ignorant self centered people be fair to the Palestinians when they have no respect for the soldiers or to even act ina civilized manner.Don’t forget that if you are not of the chosen people you don’t count.
I find it disgusting how these tourists treat these premises and working guards as a circus for their entertainment. I am a Canadian and my family belongs to the British Empire Loyalists from many years ago, so I have great respect for all these men and women.
ONE hour that day, then not again for a week to 10 days.( dependant on kther ceremonial duties. ) They are an Armoured Reconnaissance Regiment ,seen here on ceremonial duties at their regimental HQ.@@alidabotes6264
They are MoD...Ministry of Defense armed police. they are there because of the terrorist attacks in London where Guards were hurt or killed, and 7 horses were killed.
@@RainCloud848 i said free speech, not free wandering. But if they can't ride they're horses without trampling people then they shouldn't ride them. But as they don't mind shoving kids , women and the elderly to the ground when walking about (which is assault at the very least) then it wouldn't surprise me.
Many met police are just as disrespectful towards public and their behavior way worse. They often overstep the law and make their own ones up trying to deny people's write to do legal things.
Well luckily nobody can tell them what to do with their cameras. You can photograph anything you can see from public, mi6, mi5 absolutely anything you want without anyone having the power to stop you , and rightly so because people that's the same thing CCTV does.
He is a Ministry of Defense police officer. Part of his job is crowd control. They are professionals who look after military establishments, and Horse Guards is just one of many. They can, and frequently do, clear the grounds when tourists get unruly or too many for public safety.
Way too many people around these horses, I can't believe the tourists spend that much money for the Guards Police and Soldiers to put up with this crap!!
What’s wrong those people with the funny hat 🎩 they need to show some respect to the king’s horse they needs to bug off someone needs to tell them where to get off
Close the bloody gates for Chrissake. Why can't the tourists watch the whole thing from beyond the gates/ If the mob outside play up then they are moved by CivPol.
Good on our fantastic police why don’t the public have more respect for our traditions they have no discipline like the kings guards they are fantastic even the horses have more discipline than people 🇬🇧🏴❤
There needs to be a STOP - to using our brave services as tourist attractions.!. It's becoming more and more apparent that disrupting the guards/being ticked-off by police etc, etc is seen aa a 'Badge of Honour' by many of the moron-tourists !.. And what about the effect on our soldiers - day-in/day-out being taunted and teased by these idiots whilst NOT being allowed to retaliate??. Being tourist-attractions must be the services most hated duty - it's demeaning!. How long before something really bad happens - GET IT STOPPED !
Seriously ? The same adults & children, what are visiting the guards so much ? Do the children have school ? What is the attraction ? Just to annoy & irritate the polive, guards, horses & others tourists ?
I love the police's ownership of the space. Your told to move and if you dont you're pushed out of the way. Why cant the police be like this with the Anti Israel demonstrators? Police are standing around drinking coffee at those demonstrations!!! Telling people you have to put Swastikas in contex while drinking a latte!!
Seeing the regular behaviour of Jews antagonising and making fun of the guards here, there’s no wonder the police don’t do anything to stop the anti Israel protests.
It’s so funny that people don’t seem to realize the weapon he is carrying. I don’t know why they continue to let the Tourists so near to the Horse and Guard anyway.
Bravo Officers, way to go. Please allow me in my humble way to suggest to paint yellow lines around the perimeters of the King's Horse Guards prohibiting anyone from standing inside them. A signboard making it clear that no one is allowed inside these lines and that violators could be arrested and prosecuted would also be a goos idea. I am at great pains whenever I see such disrespectful behaviour by some tourists, little do they know (or do they really care) that these guards are highly trained professionals and part of the British Armed Forces Jewels and that they are doing their job, consequently they would be a lot happier if such idiots would stop pestering them during the execution of their work. Please kindly put an end to such irresponsible behaviour, thank you.
The horse wears a double bit with one bar lower than the other, and the bar on top has a spade on it to keep the horse's tongue from going over the bars. When the reins are pulled hard, the spade hits the roof of the horse's mouth which in turn tightens the chain underneath the horse's chin. It aids the rider in controlling them but can cause severe pain. The bars can also pinch the tongue and sides of the mouth and press the gums against the jawbone which can also be very painful. This is one of the reasons why they almost always appear agitated and having problems with the bit.
I'm fed up with all these so called experts who know nothing about the kings horses. The bits they use are not the ones described in the comments. There is a video about the kings horses and Guards available that shows behind the scenes in detail, interesting and informative.
I would never approach a horse unknown to me so quickly and get so close. Although these horses are well trained they still have their own instincts and a horse as a prey animal has the instinct to run away and also to kick and bite if it feels threatened I do think it would help if visitors were made aware of why they are being moved and where exactly they can stand if they go through the gates. Unfortunately many of the hat men seem to believe they are above the law. They seem to cause many problems at horse guards.
The horses are changed every hour, the gatesman and chitsman are changed every 2 hours. Gatesman is the guard who stands nearest to the stall selling touristy items and marches out to check the boxmen (the guards on the horses in the “boxes”) and sometimes marches up the tunnel to the parade ground at the back, the chitsman is the guard at the other side traditionally guarding the door (on the chitsman’s right) which leads to a huge hall used for cockfighting, frequently attended by the monarch of the time (usually male). Obviously this hasn’t happened for many, many years now and the hall is rumoured to be very creepy and understandably rarely used except for storage. I apologise if you already know all this but if not I thought you might find it interesting.
I agree with many of the comments about disrespectful tourist. However, the site would benefit for a headline in English. These People That Doesn't Listen! Is not English. Please correct this as otherwise I enjoy the site.
@KiKatebn639 They do NOT stand there for a ‘solid 2/3 hours! Where did you get that from? They are there for ONE repeat ONE hour. If the horse decides he has had enough inside that time, he will be taken back to his stable! The welfare of the horse is the most important, and the horse and rider are checked at regular intervals by the Gatesman and Corporal of horse! They also have regular holidays by the sea, and you can see wonderful pics of them ‘playing’ on the beach! They are all in really good condition as you can see by their coats. If you regularly see this channel and others like it, why people still think the horses stand there for any length of time, is beyond me---!
Why does this horse have a martingale? I have seen it before (once) not sure if it was the same horse. Something new to cut down on the head tossing so the horse doesn't throw its rein over its head? Who has an answer for me ?
Omg more experts craeling out of the woodwork people commenting who habe very little or mo knowledge og hordrd and equipment. These horses are some of the best kept horses in thr UK.
