Incredibly this couple in Bogotá managed to have their own coffee plantation just down the stairs of his apartment. What a great example of ingenuity and dedication.
If you are from Colombia and see these images the delicious smell of a good cup of coffee will almost certainly come to your mind like the coffee that is harvested in any of those quaint coffee farms that anyone can find in the mountains of Pereira , Armenia or Quindio (Colombia).
but what you could never guess is that this coffee plantation is not actually there but here in Bogotá hidden in the middle of this massive apartment complex.
As hard as it is to believe here where you least would expect it these little treasure can be found a miniature coffee plantation made by a group of neighbors and this couple Mrs. Esther Nieto de Alvarado and Mr. Víctor Manuel Alvarado.
And that's how Mrs. Esther and Mr. Víctor managed to make their dream of having their own coffee plantation come true and although it seem something simple their story reminds us that "happiness" is something that we define by ourselves and that doing what we really like is the only thing that matters.
