"Unbelievable Encounter: Big Fish Craving My Tiny Fish Emerges!"

I was casting around with a few lures using my tiny dock demon setup.
I landed a bunch of small jacks but during this particular cast we hooked up onto a little jack and, a MONSTER grey snapper (GREY DOG) emerges from below to attack my fish. I didn't realize this till I lifted the fish out the water.
I quickly threw the fish at the snapper with lure still in it and it spooked him he never came back.

I caught an 8 lb. Largemouth on my little ultralight, with 4 lb. test. Took me about 10 minutes to land him but I did!

@Capncomeback2023 you sir are a true angler! You have to know what's up to work one with that tackle. My best was a 5lb smallmouth on 6lb flouro. One of the best moments of my life.

I dont believe it, in the most shallow water where you dont see any hiding places there are the big fish.. i go fishing where are tree trunks or hiding places, you know the thing they teach you when you start fishing and what happens? Nothing
