Hi Matt from Australia 🇦🇺. I love these old homes , definitely reminds me of my nanas family and their old rambling farm houses and acres of land back in Northern Ireland, just beautiful and green surrounds .
@@trulyjupiter I do too. They're such beautiful homes when the maintenance is kept up on them. It really bothers me when the elements start getting into the home and destroys all the antiques and wood inside. 😔
I learned that staircases and doorways are "liminal" or in between spaces. That being said, I thought perhaps moving yourself into the staircase itself, rather than asking Spirit to come down (or out of the stairwell) and into the room you're standing in, will prove better results? ♡

Doesn’t it just make you furious when idiots vandalize the homes? Ugh ! Great explore though. Another house full of gorgeous furniture and dishes. You always seem to get a response from spirits living there. Very cool. Do you check your hair for spiders after a home explore? The cobwebs, yikes! Until next time ♥️🇨🇦
The way you just described this place makes me feel excited to see the inside & what's going on but it also makes me uneasy & a wee bit afraid because I don't know what happened to the people that lived there & why they just left. Have you ever thought of writing? You are talented in the way you put words to paper to make folks imagine, be afraid, on edge, excited.etc...The places you've investigated can be your muse. Just write a short story & you will see that you truly are a gifted writer.
Matt, great video and happy to see you doing your own paranormal investigating, you have such a calm, respectful manner of conducting these which is great to watch. I also love how you take the time to give the history of the location as often this will be mirrored in an investigation. You picked up some interesting captures and those laughs were chilling. Perhaps next time you could move to the staircase area as so often evidence is captured in this area of a building...staircases being the central part of the structure linking the levels and so obviously get so much use. Maybe get a couple of the motion activated balls to place at the top and bottom?. You are going from strength to strength and I look forward to see what you investigate next.Thank you for all you do.

Wow, that intro pan across the scenery was beautiful. So green, it looked like a painting. Sad to see things have been taken. I remember the plates covering the width of the upper fireplace surround. Also, sad to see everything upstairs tipped and ransacked.
1964 was a good year 😉 Its the fact 58yrs a house still stands but only because of the materials used. Kinda like me, still standing yet rough around the edges and the contents are about gone 😂 Many years ago this place was nearly untouched. You couldnt even get in the right side of the home. The livingroom was clean, the shed untouched and locked. The car horn and the door locks on the car kept going off. The locks when looked inside, no one was there. The damage to this place is sad. The 3 people who was in there many years ago, when they went to leave, there was no driveway, not even a walking path. The thorn covered area was nearly impassable. They were chased, only by the sound of footsteps behind them as they ran through the briars to reach a clearing. But the sound of the horn I could understand but the sound of the door locks was crazy. The back door kept opening and closing and you could actually hear footsteps right outside the door and when 2 people went in opposite directions, no one was in sight. It was quite active inside and out. Starting off the explore in daylight and ending just at dusk. You needed no lights. But to be chased too was just creepy. All I can say after seeing this place once again is, Please if you're exploring, dont destroy these homes. They do not belong to you. Have respect for those who've passed away leaving their worldly contents behind.
I'm always respectful, unfortunately not everyone are! And it really annoys me.. I first went here nearly 3 years ago now and it was pretty untouched then.. a lot of people have been since and unfortunately things have gone missing and others vandalised! Not good

Great video Matt seen that house online a few times before but it was nice to see you do a return visit to film it for us. It's been abandoned age's there obviously isn't any family to take care of it, such a shame as it would make a great family home.
I think people want to see a photograph of the owner when you come across one. Also, Mr A. M would be greatly disappointed in you for not picking up the glasses and describing them as ‘the Deidre Barlows.’

Thoroughly enjoyed this . In its hayday it was a lovely detached farm house . Shame it's abandoned and old photos and certificates can't be given to the next of kin. I wonder through the time lines and communications if one of the owners, the couple or eve kids were called John and Ava. Great exploration 👻📽️🗣️
4:22 serviette rings. Serviettes are not used these days. People might use a paper one but those were for elegant formal dinners with proper cloth serviettes.
