That's true. I was regularly hitting low 600 until I figured out the sweet spot on my local machine. Then, it was high 800s. I wasn't hitting any harder.

To everyone talking shit about him not punching that thing hard don't realize you can break your fucking wrist on those things without your wrist wrapped. I hit one once and scored a 950 and severely sprang my wrist. Took almost 2 months to get back to normal.
In order to get a high score you need to hook your shot while rotating torso, standing side to side with the bag and lean slightly into the punch when you Snap it. Always got 850 and above. Keep your wrist straight or it will bend and it Will Hurt. 😖
Shaw is big and heavy, all he needs is to of been taught a basic overhand right, good technique, no need to throw with everything he has and it should be hard to beat
all the machines are a bit different you don't always get the same numbers it depends machine to machine I've gotten this number and I know I don't punch that hard.
Machines like these were invented so drunk bar bros could think they were badass. Florian would KO all of them inside of a couple rounds in an actual fight.
He just like pushed forward didn't really use all of his arms or use his hips if he would've he would have made alot more power he would have got 800 or more.
