Great help,another useful tip is to use a dashboard shine pad to polish the undercarriage of the head as this will repell dust from the carpet

Just Turn Them 3 grey screws with coin or screw driver, it disassembles

On this vac the 3 screws don’t get to the window but this is why u need to this , thanks for the video going to try this cause the dirty window drives me mad . I wish I could remove it like other vacs …. It was a lot of money so just going to put up with it 😂

NOOOO!! Don’t wash the floor head. It’s electric and will break soon if you carry on doing it. That is extremely dangerous to do as the voltage going back into the head after water can cause a fire because electricity and water do NOT mix.
