Just use good watercolour paper! Then it will be smooth and remember to use masking tape.

I'm using this similar product of Doms but of 36 shades from last 2 years and these are awesome....you can paint from beginner to professional by these colours...these really blend well but do not forget to use watercolour paper and also a good soft brush. The brush that came with this pack is not that good I personally felt, it's really get hard sometime later so better to use a different soft brushes with it and there you go...❤❤
