This is okay honestly, most people just use this as background noise for sleep. There used to be uploads with distorted sound, 5 second cuts every 10 seconds, etc.
The best thing to do is upload the video with the playback speed at 1.25x, then manually adjust it to (normal) when viewing the video, it will play perfectly without the intermittent etc
