I have tried a couple of different low carb pizza crusts & found them to be too salty for my taste (that is hard to do ) . I like this option & am going to try it w/ venison burger & a mix of store bought Italian sausage that is cut w/ 50% venison. I love the idea of a casserole. Thanks a bunch. BTW, started a lifestyle change/diet last May & dropped 70 lbs. & now working on maintaining my weight. Adding this into the menu looks like a winner. Thanks !
