Well done Brothers. A handmade machine. Like the old days. Great craftsmen you have here. Cheap and useful transport for the masses. Anything China can make, Pakistan can do too. Blessings from the UK.👍😉🇬🇧💯
These guys don’t need a robot just hard work and walla it’s done, Great job just give them the right tools. They don’t do it with the mouth! Their hands do the talking.
The best thing about this machine besides the workers that produce it is that almost everything on this motorbike can be fixed by the owner with just basic tools.
For your information, Model T Fords we’re built by the millions using a big hammer, torque wrenches and robots were never put too use. Isn’t that amazing ?😉

It would be interesting to see one built to US quality standards and specs, it would probably be three times the cost and take twice as long. Great Job guys!
In Sweden they probably go as MC. 3 wheel's or more on a bike you only need Car driver license (B). Even if it look like a motorcykel with dual front wheel together, it also go under Car driver license. Only bike with 2wheels need MC driver license.

Pakistan can become a Rich Country if they seriously get these machines certified and sell at mass scale all over the World, specially the developing countries. These vehicles are very economical to buy, and very cost effective to maintain. Just like Japan, Korea, China made cost effective reliable cars Pakistan can do the same with such vehicles and market it to developing countries.
The way they install bearing and races makes me cringe. It's not tapping on the bearing with a hammer, It's where you tap on the bearing that matters. The way most of them were installed will cause premature wear and failure.
You buy one of these, you know you're buying a kit, just like Chinese machine tools. Decent starting point, as long as you know that you're going to have to put some labor and time into it to make it perfect. It all depends on the price point.
I am rather horrified watching them use a hammer to install bearings especially the taper bearings and then use an air gun to finally ruin them ……hope the warranty covers bearings !
Hey, Mr. Perfect. What a genius you are. You should question how many of those they sell. In India they do it to last, unlike some countries they built throw - away objects ! Understand ?
@@AngelPerez-pd1zi You must watched the wrong video. What you see here, is anything else but built to last. Probably, the demand of the market for this kind of stuff is big, so, they offer more cheap quantity, and less quality. And when the customers have little to no alternatives, they would accept these pieces of junk.
Here in the Philippines no problems and they are long lasting use . I see these everyday everywhere I go and the majority are for businesses . Many here are older models if that matters ,idk.
How tough is that 150cc single piston engine? There is a lot of weight there and it has a truck bed to fill. This is the best built tuk-tuk I have seen so far on video. Well done .
I think if these guys worked for a large automobile manufacturer in the USA, that plant would probably produce the best cars in the world. These people looked dedicated 😊
Never saw a torque wrench and some of the ways that bearings were hammered can damage them., but then again most of these vehicles don’t go faster than 25 Mph.
It amuses me to see the torque specs in the bolts. "What were these torqued to?" Yes. The are torqued. "But to how many foot pounds or newtons?" Five ugadugas, bolt's not moving is it? Then it's torqued.
What h.p. does the engine put out ?. Looks a very simple and useful little truck designed to work in its own environment. Not the expensive production lines seen in the West etc but correct for the country it is built in, everyone busy and knows their job.
So , when DO THEY finish all the welds on the frame ? The videographer has only recorded 'SPOT' welds to hold all the formed metal pieces of the frame together !
Tacked together on the jig, welding is completed on the floor out of the jig allowing access to parts that require welding. Some dimwit makes as similar comment on all these type videos. You need a several hour long video to show the process in its entirety you twerp.
That looks like a well made machine that will give lots of service. I would say that on the tailgate, I would change the two panels that cover the tail lights when open to a wire mesh. This way they can be seen if you are carrying a load with the tailgate open. A small thing. Otherwise, I would buy one.
This reminds me of a place I worked in when I was a boy. Catch your breath for two seconds and some bastard wanted to know if you had nothing to do. Nice product though.
More proof that there are skilled workers all over the world, not just in the West. Maybe even more skilled due to limited automation, i.e. welding robots, automated assembly machines, high tech measuring and volumetrics gauges and measuring tools, automated assembly line conveyors, ergonomic tools & chairs, etc.
عمل جيد بكوني صانع في مجال المقاييص الذي تتركب عن بعضها Bien fait, car je suis un fabricant dans le domaine de la découpe et de l'assemblage de pièces pour fabriquer quelque chose du genre
GuD Work with Less Possibilities ... Is one fan enough for cooling the Engine, Especially during summers in Pakistan, when the outdoor Temperature crosses 50*c .. ?
When do they start shipping to Australia? Awesome machine, and an awesome team building them! (some of the welds on the sub frame need attention though) 👍
hmm not so sure about those engine mounts I think those bolts need to be shouldered bolts so the engine actually sits on the springs instead of be pulled up hard
