Even if he is impotent, it's none of anybody business..it is a condition that can happen to anyone. No one goes to the market and buys it. Maybe that's why he consented to adoption. But then a father who abandoned the mother with pregnancy can not come. I, in this manner, to claim a child, he never bonded with. The husband may be fighting becos he already bonded with the child he believed to have adopted.. which makes him a good father
If this matter is taken to court, they will share custody of the child. True the child is supposed to live the mother but the father cannot be denied access to the child legally.
