Stunning Nitro and Electric RC Tractor Pulling. Recorded at the Intermodellbau fair, Feldtage Bocholt and rc-glashaus.de. Enjoy watching! Thanks a lot for sharing, subscribing, commenting and thumbs up.
I'll bet that each and every one of these guys are actual drivers (the pros) of the real tractor pull tractors and they all just can't quit because its like a fever that won't go away or something , if I said that right but I think its cool as hell
@ 3:09 that one is a true masterpiece, 2 scale aircraft engines that look and function very realistically, whoever built and owns that tractor certainly has much to be proud of! Instead of a mere like on the vid have this!🏆
@@ethansmith9065 there are mini V12's, but they're only just hitting the market. Toyan makes a working V8 and an optional supercharger for it with a big scoop and everything
I love the fact that if a motorsport exists, there are RC versions of it lol, I'm amazed at some of the things people make. These tractor pulls are awesome. I saw an RC tree processor not too long ago with functional hydraulics, the ones with a big claw arm that grabs a tree at the base, cuts it off with an integral chainsaw, turns it sideways, then runs the length of the tree through trimmers to de-limb it with rollers in the head, and on the back of the unit was a functioning wood chipper, along with the hopper truck to collect all the chips. The guy would drive it over to some little sticks/mini trees planted in the ground, grab one around the base, cut it off, lay the tree down on its side, shoot the tree through the de-limber, then trim the sticks into 3 or 4 smaller pieces, which he made a pile of before running the lot through the wood chipper. The unit was about a foot tall and each tree was about 3/4 inch in diameter and a foot and half long, so to be able to get those parts small enough for it all to function is amazing, especially in things like the chainsaw (2" long blade) and hydraulic rams.
There's a channel of RC guys that have a full mining operation. RC excavators, dump trucks, trammel, the works; they even mine for real gold. The only thing I haven't seen is a RC swamp buggy. If you search for it you get RC fan boats, which isn't what I'm talking about. I want to see those big wheeled swamp buggies they race in Florida and Mississippi.
The electric clearly had more torque and pulling power...but those gas powered rigs were really cool! I wonder if the results would be the same in full scale
Looks like they all stopped at the same spot, right when the weight hit the top of the sled before the finish line. Seems like that could be figured out better.
Just like in the real world, you don't want to line up with twin-supercharged Allison aircraft engines. They didn't play in the 80s-90s and they don't play today haha. Shop up from me just put in a scale crawling room and outback they have RC tractor pulls. I can see this blowing up as big as Rc drag racing has become lately.
still curious with the electric RC competition, why the truck behind the RC take the brake before the finish line? is it rules? or you put brake system on it?
Thats cool and all but the chain is attached to the sled waaayyy to high.... its uploaded to be at the bottom and on the skid pan so it pulls the wheels of the tractor down and gives better traction
What I notice is the tires are not flat spotting enough for the best traction..Most of them looked way to hard..If you watch real tractor pulls you see what I mean..
I noticed that right away myself, would need the main meat of the tire made from a super soft compound like silicone then the treads out of something harder to bite in for traction.
