Guilty of what should be the question? During this entire ordeal, we have heard of nothing whatsoever that Trump has done that is illegal. It appears that this Michael Cohen was the one committing all of the questionable activities. We know from a tape recording the Trump never knew that Cohen paid the stripper. We know from testimony that Cohen paid the stripper out of his own pocket, and Trump knew nothing about it. We know that Trump was more interested in his domestic situation than his political situation concerning the affair with the stripper. So far, Trump has done nothing illegal.

Courts are the most American thing about America. There is Law and Order In America and anyone who violates the law can be brought to Justice, face charges and receive a court trial with Witnesses and even a jury of your peers. Although that’s wat we all would like to see and want. I do think there’s a smmallllll factor to consider, even on a global scale, of a former President bein convicted. And i wouldn’t necessarily risk that image for this case. HOWEVER for the Georgia and Florida cases where the evidence is beyonnnnnddddddd in favor of the government for really tryin to tear our democracy dwn. He would absolutely be jailed and show around the world and to this country that we have a system that will hold even a president accountable for tryin to tear this country apart

My father would be utterly devastated to see what America has become. His party is no longer the party of moral values, conservatism or holding on to American ideals. Dad was a WWII Army Captain & the navigator on a bomber, flying missions over the South Pacific during WWII. He was honorable right down to his very core & he loved America. He wept when the towers fell. Worked all his life for our gov. after the war. He'd be appalled at what his party has devolved into.

Well the GOP has spent decades working to degrade the separation of and checks on powers. That’s how they ended up with a guy like Trump overtaking their party, abusing his power and being allowed to do so with little accountability. Now they can’t get rid of him and are at his mercy- and they still choose to remain silent bc power and money override any semblance of integrity they have. The founding fathers made the incorrect assumption that elected officials would be held accountable by the voters, ensuring that any abuse of power would be addressed at the ballot box.
