I ordered a bag from songmont and returned it because of mediocre leather quality. And it’s a shame because their designs are great. Additionally, there was more than necessary back and forth about the return making it take more than a month.

🫣 I genuinely liked the quality of mine, it’s pebbled leather and stitching was done well, leather on the interior feels very smooth and luxurious. Maybe yours was a different type of leather?
