Nooooo! Deeply saddened to hear about that, and am very sorry for the loss. I'm going to miss that dog. Everytime you'd call for him it would make me chuckle and smile.
Great tutorial. Been knapping for a little more than a year now and am dying to learn more. I liked the explanations. Jeremy Cook has got some nice material, I've got some of his hornstone now
I am so sorry to hear about your dog, Jake. I met him once, and he was great! And thank you so very much for giving me the handpad! It is kind gestures like these and good people and content that make me never want to quit Knapping!
So sorry to hear about Pete, Jake......aren`t dogs in the top ten things from the Lord to help us through this world ? What kind of chert was that tab ?
Jeremy is a great guy man. He has helped me out quite a bit, and he has some killer material. Sorry to here about your buddy man. Losing a dog can be rough. Nice point man. Your work is incredible! Btw you cant heat the darker black fort paynes. It doesn't react to well to heat.
Sorry to hear about Pete, they are part of the family. I enjoy your videos and style of knapping. When you would call Pete or whistle at him on your videos, my dogs would come run in the room thinking it was me calling them. Hell, I'm going to miss that
Really good job explaining the process, and why you make the decisions you make. I see a lot of videos where they get so absorbed in the work that they forget that they have an audience that is trying to learn. This was a good blend of the flow and the explanation.
Jake, so sorry to hear about Pete heading to the other side. Our dog that we had for 14 years passed 2 years back now. We still miss her, but we believe she's in a good place and that we'll see her again.
