Valve's update broke two signature files in cathook, which was fixed 4 hours later. We did get 4 hours of peaceful bots, but they are back again.

my thoughts on the reason why the balloonicorn headphones are elite grade is because they don't mesh with TF2's artstyle well. They make them more rare so they're not seen as often because of how much the stand out, while the cosmetics that are more inline (for the most part) with the artstyle are placed in the more common tiers

I feel like this happens with a lot of games that have cosmetics, they make the more stand out/goofier ones more rare or expensive to get. So for the players that one that sorta look they have to work more or spend more to get them.
