Devon I’m no specialist but I might have saw one hole in Levans game. People that have pinned levan including Sabin and genadi have both been in the strap using a dragging hook movement. Levan is do big that he has trouble doing a dragging movement, his go to movement is a posting toproll as seen v Dave and vitaly. I’ve only seen levan pinned in a hook. The "quadratic" part of that trainer is a Bug, not a Feature. Don't fall for fancy words. The way that device works, it does not, and cannot train you "from go" because it gradually then suddenly engages. This device cannot be fixed. It only trains you once you are in a winning position, why would you want to focus on that???? Because of the "quadratic" part, it is NEVER training you in the first inch/inches of a fight. It's not a good design... All it trains is your finishing move, once you're in a dominant position, it cant train you to GET to that dominant position because the spring gradually engages. This is simple physics. And why springs are great for cars, and not great for training the first inches of an armwrestling match.... Think about it... It's just science... With weights/pully at the table, you get the full weight immediately, that's the whole reason you use that system. To train the first mm's of a match. That's the exact part you LOSE by using this spring hand... "quadratic" is just fancy packaging,, it's just a word. but what does it really mean? Well it means that the spring slowly then suddenly engages... Meaning it never trains you off of go. it only trains you once you are winning as you push the spring to engage more strongly. it's a bad idea. It's a gimmick. Follow the science away from this thing and back to your normal system unless you want to train your finish.
