Paul has known this for a long time .. Wonder why it hasn't been fixed either?

We used to use a microphone and you could never hear paul and half the time we would have no audio at all. So this is what works best for me.

But you have always been able to hear Paul.. Never a problem??

Heather - you have an audience of viewers & subscribers - just because "it works for you" does not cut the mustard. This is not the military where everyone stands at attention - it is a RU-vid Channel which you use to gain your income. I agree with Cherrie, your audio set up is not good. I appreciate that you are trying to avoid editing etc. and both you & Paul and your children put in many hours, but you may wish to look at your set up. Just look at this from the point of view of your viewers: You appear to use a phone that also makes a noise when you have a sale or a payment. You & Paul speak over each other and shout to James during auctions, very seldom do we hear the magic word "please" - courtesy to your employees goes a long way. He then has to shout back and Paul (mostly) repeats what he has said. You have the front door bell going off when your store is open. During the non fire sale auctions there is a door of some kind that bangs when someone presumably moves to or from the store? There is the background noise of package being wrapped. It does not make for pleasurable viewing.
