They are cool the cassettes! Have most of her cassettes and they sound great too in a good player. It was actually a cassette that made me fan of her, never paid attention. Last year I bought the 1989 cassette just for fun, seems I liked it so much I now have nearly l cassettes from her. She's an great artist

Great stuff Rachel! Your a freak! And your now my favorite Taylor Swift freak and i've subbed up. :) I buy, sell a collect a lot of records, so having your reviews educates me on what I'm doing in more detail, so Thankyou for your great explanations. Regarding cassettes, they can also sound Great, but you do need a great player that is calibrated and in top working condition. With the right setup, it can be difficult to know the difference between a CD/MP3 and cassette version. If you get way into the audio side of things, then that will lead you into the digital verses analog debate, and which is better listening! ahaha. However, you are right, cassettes are now for aesthetics and nostalgia, but they are still a lot of fun! I'm a big fan of all formats, and I love your Taylor collection. Thanks for the videos!

iguess it may be because the machines and materials required to make cassette are more expensive than CDs, and few people buy them, so the price will be higher than CDs.

Thanks for describing everything. I really appreciate it. I also used cassettes when I was younger. It is nice that she makes all the variance different. I need to get my hands on the collectors edition of the manuscript CD because I’ve got the other three collectors additions. It’s sold out so I got the manuscript version from her website with the poster with the lyrics for down bad. Do you happen to know if that’s the same poster that People get at target? I think so.

What you don't want to touch is the tape exposed on the bottom. : ) That's usually how it unravels if it catches on something.

I'm in my 50's and remember cassettes as a young man. I didn't know they still made them.I believe Taylor has been cloned many times like in The Prestige, that's the only way she made a double album while doing the Eras tour!

I think UK got better version of the cassette tapes they’re different I got the black dog version US and it’s transparent and I believe it was 9.99 I think the price difference was because UK got color variants

just letting you know the hand written lyrics aren't hand written because some of the letters are completely identical

I thought that was obvious ahahaha it means they’re handwritten as in the were originally! Obviously Taylor is not hand writing them on every single person’s cassette

@@user927-w3h it’s not a font. She hand writes them and they’re photocopied. You can see where they have been crossed out in certain songs.
