Hi thanks for video. Just a quick tip. I had real trouble trying to attach esc wires to motor....not enough room for my fingers to grip and orientate the wires. After an hour of tears, I noticed that the plastic cover over the motor pulls off quite easily. Connected wires then glued cover back on. I know you didn't have this problem, but hope it helps anyone who gets it. Managed my maiden without breaking blades so I am happy. Andy in uk.
HI JOHN I'VE BEEN LOOKING FORWARD TO WATCHING ONE OF THESE FLY. IM REALLY LOOKING AT GETTING MYSELF ONE. DEFINITELY DIFFERENT. THANKS FOR SHARING SIR. TAKE CARE MY FRIEND HOPE YOU ARE HAVING A GREAT WEEKEND. 🇬🇧🇺🇲✌🏼🤩👍🏼
I can't find any mentioned in any of the videos measuring the main rotor alignment tilt I just eyeballed mine and as soon as we get flying weather I will see how good my eyeball is.
@@JohnVHRC actually, I meant from side to side, not the cg. I chose to Bend the landing gear until the horizontal stab lined up with the surface it was sitting on. Then I measured the rotor tips.
After rewatching this video I seen where you installed the receiver. My next issue is flight control check to insure I have the Ailerons moving the correct way. If the stick input is to the right should that head tilt downward to the right? looking at it from the rear of this aircraft. One would assume this is correct but I like to be sure about it.Excellent video and great tips on assembly.
Correct, ailerons right, head moves right. I wonder if the people struggling are making it go backwards? That would explain alot of things actually.... Thanks!
It is different than a standard aircraft. I have very little rc helicopter flying experiance but that's why I asked the man who has successfully flown this model. Thanks for the conformation.@@JohnVHRC
No. Just assign it to a spare channel and assign a switch to that channel, and you're good to go! Most people seem to use the retracts channel and retract switch!
