S2E2 - A speed video showing an unboxing, assembly & installation of Grizzly Bear Crawl Mobile Base under my Band Saw. After filming, I reversed the caster bolts so that the heads were under and nuts on top. That resolved a minor clearance issue with caster rotation. Tapping a wooden wedge in the lift lever acts as a positive mechanical lock.
Although I did this by myself, it would have been safer to get help when positioning the saw.

I have that same mobile base on my G1021X2 Planer. Very nice base for a 500lb machine. I’m not having the problem with my foot lever disengaging. Have a lot of confidence in this base. Going to get one for my drill press which is a floor model but will have a cabinet built around the base. I have the G0555 that I bought just over 20 years ago. It cuts just as good today as it did when new. Keep up the good work!

Jeff, sounds like we're both happy with our Grizzley purchases! My concerns on the foot lever have proved to be a non-issue. Neither one has disengaged during saw operation or while moving the saw. Thanks for sharing!
