@0:50, the battery was not slided in. It should be snapped down n it will slide in. The teeth of the battery must snap down to the bottom receiving gaps to be firmly in. The back derailleur guard also needs to be bend to make sure it is not touching the derailleur. The fork is not even-the right gap is larger than the left gap but I was told it is ok.
Got the bike. Had a good short test ride. It was really good. But disappointed with two things really, first I didn’t get a bell and the second the tires weren’t fully inflated and I had to go a gas station to inflate it.
The sensor is located at the connection between the bicycle crank and the pedal position. When the sensor is running, a light will flash. If you still have questions about sensor location, please feel free to contact help@oraimo.com
I have a problem with the battery or the battery holder thats on the bike or the charging in general. Charged battery for 4+ hours. Lock the battery in place. Everything is in place. Turn battery on. Nothing indicates that it is working. Battery has 3 green indicators and one red indicator. Meter on handle bar does not turn on whatsoever even though battery is fully charged. Still wont turn on.
Used this video to assemble mine yesterday. But mine didnt come with a bell :( I was gonna have fun making the sound sometimes. Disappointed about that.
question about the front wheel and the hanlde bar? In the video (3:47) the front fork is in the back facing the battery, but in the demonstration (3:44) the fork is in FRONT of the bike. Then at (4:59) in the video shows that it was changed to the front. Which way is it then? Thanks.
Based on what you said bar, we're not sure if you're talking about the handlebars or the throttle, but we've attached a video of the removal and installation of the turnbuckle for you. drive.google.com/file/d/1L91YinusBO1Iq60DeJWic0pKVfayBSIh/view?usp=sharing You can also take a couple pictures of your specific problem to this email: help@oraimo.com and we will get back to you within 24 hours.
Hey i bought this bike less than a week ago and its rear tire got flat. I ordered a new tube but there's now mechanic near me. How can oraimo help me? Please i need to fix my bike
Dear friends, We are sorry that our products did not bring you a good shopping experience. The tube is currently undergoing customs clearance at a U.S. port. If you are in a hurry, we recommend that you choose a bicycle repair shop near you to replace the inner tube. You can give us an invoice for the cost of replacing the inner tube, and we will reimburse you~ Thank you in advance for your understanding Have a super nice day. Sincerely, customer service
The battery charge indicators read like -(1)1 red n 3 greens is 100%; red light is next to the test button. (2) 1 red n 2 greens is 75%. (3) 1 red n 1 green is 50%.(4) 1 red n 1 green is 25%. Am I right? I got this by googling to see other ebike company's manual on battery. I am thinking about getting puncture proof tires and tubes too. I find out I cannot leave my bike outside while inside a mall or gym because the battery has no locked cover for the power button(0/1) n the charging port, any bad guy can switch the battery on n turn on the controller n mess up the ebike or glue up the connector. Any solution, other than unlock n remove the battery and take it inside?
The normal charging of the charger is that the red light will turn from red to green after charging for about 3-5 minutes, and it will turn red again when it is fully charged. For the battery, please test whether the battery has voltage, the normal battery is fully charged, there are 3 green lights and one red light. @@oraimoEbike I had measured the terminal voltage of the battery(with switch on) n it was 40-41 volts n I found a voltage vs % charge chart n realised that at 50% charge, voltage is 36 v. Do you sell the battery mount, in case it got damaged by other bikes in the same rack as I park it after taking out the battery?
We currently do not have battery mount accessories. You can purchase battery mount on Amazon or other shopping platforms. We will also actively provide your opinion to the product manager about the demand for this accessory. If we are equipped with this accessory in the future, we will notify you as soon as possible. Rode 84 miles on flat paved city streets. Rear tire flat from a tiny aluminum staple.. the tires are PAPER thin. Also showing noticeable tread worn off the rear tire. They really need to se a higher quality tire. At least on the rear wheel with all the extra weight from motor and battery. I see myself needing to buy a quality tire within a month
Hi Kris. We could offer you new tyres for replacement. Please contact help@oraimo.com. Thank you for your feedback! ❤ Monster 100 uses standard rubber mountain tires, which can be widely used in urban roads and mountain road conditions. Howerver, These tires cannot guarantee complete elimination of tire punctures. All tires should avoid rolling sharp objects (such as screws, broken glass, etc.) during daily use.
Thank you very much for your suggestions on our videos, we will pass them along to the people who make them so they can improve them as well. You can contact us at help@oraimo.com and we will send you the full operation video. Oraimo Ebike appreciates your support.
