I mostly "REFER" to the manual when needed. Most stuff are easy to figure out, unless it's a high voltage equipment, then I read the manual and watch how to videos. Great product this little machine.

Why does mine blow from up even when i connect the tube down, air just blows from up. It never sucks. Some help

Pros - compact, easy to assemble, lightweight, can carry it around (in fact suggest you do) Cons - too small for keeping carpets clean, extra places to affix where it can actually increase chances of damage eg. attachment at the end of the hose, pipes very rigid and knot when working with it, falls over easily, motor overheats quickly. Very noisy! They may save energy but may waste your money. Read reviews, some are pretty bad. If you want cute, get a puppy.
