Hey gang,
You know the deal by now - I work for a company that buys and sells comics books and it's my job to grade the issues we sell as "raw singles" on eBay WhatNot.
I never have any idea what is in any box I’m given to grade. Thus, I invite you to look over my shoulder as I make the discovery of what my day will entail. It’s always a good time as we re-discover some great old comic books and recount stories about all the amazing worlds that were!

Great to see those Hippy books. Never seen them before. Love Hippy. He had movies and a radio show and later a tv show plus a comic strip.

I didn't expect to see any of these that I had in my collection, but Superman 79 proved me wrong. If you listen very close to a certain Styx song, you may hear a Kilroy Booger.

So cool! Loved seeing those early 3-D comics!!! I've always loved those and wanted to collect them. Only problem there was I never came across any back in the day. I remember seeing them listed in the old price guide and always wondered what it would be like to read one. Not too many 3-D titles from the early to mid 50's. Maybe one day I will go after them. Interestingly, there were a few 3-D comics printed this year. I got one last week, Shadowhawk from Image. The comic shop is looking out for them for me now. Kilroy Booger!

I feel like I have always been left eye, I have 20/20 vision and my left eye seems to centre objects better than my right eye, like for shooting a target I use my left eye or cutting a line with a circular saw I use my left eye, recently got metal in the right eye still test 20/20 but now I have scar tissue to look past hahah that means I’m definitely left eyed who knows what brain, also I think marvel spot light issue 1 was red wolf and not quite werewolf, also that Disney werewolf by night special was a breath of fresh air

Channel 56 is now the CW, the W refers to WARNER because Warner Bros owned it in the 90s. Channel 38 has a more interesting history: the long time owner passed away in the Mid 90s. I think his wife tried to keep it going for a while but eventually the station was bought by PARAMOUNT who named it the UPN Network! During this period they tried to make it more "Hip" and lost me as a viewer when they jettisoned The Movie Loft! Today, I know little about it other than they mostly show reruns of programs like FRIENDS and THE BIG BANG THEORY, instead of MASH or THE HONEYMOONERS! JACK CASSIDY was SHIRLEY JONES' husband.

Now I made it to the end hahah I didn’t know John ritters dad was a county singer, as a kid Three’s company was something I watched all the time and my older sisters watched his newer show 8 simple rules, unfortunate how he had passed way too soon!
