No matter what kind of strife is inflicted on us in life, it's truly a blessing to be able to tune into your wonderful channel and be part of a pleasant and sweet world. Thank you for all you do to bring beauty into the world.
I really can't believe you got them all on that shelf 😂. That was a marvel of dolly arrangement. You've really made me fall in love with Connie Lowe dolls. It's amazing how they are all one of a kind and so well styled.
I love that you love Sindy! She's so quintessentially English - I had her as a kid in the early 70s and recently came back to collecting her again after selling off a load in the 2010s (ugh, I just wish I'd stop doing that...prices never stay the same and it's always more expensive to buy back!). I don't see her so much in US collectors' collections, but it warms my heart that you have her!
I really enjoyed watching you rearrange your Connie Lowe dolls. I think they are absolutely gorgeous, amazing and just complete works of art. I don’t own any of her dolls but hoping I am able to purchase one someday. I really only have know about Connie’s dolls for about a yr. But wow they are really special😍. I love your channel Alison, I hope I spelled your name correctly. You have shared so many dolls that I would not have known about if not for you and your amazing collection. Thanks so much❤❤❤
I loved this! You did such a great job of fitting them all on that shelf. They really are exceptionally sweet dolls! I have seen two Connie Lowe dolls in person; a woman always brings them with her to our local doll shows. They are amazing!! I'm not in the position to afford any right now, but I sure enjoy seeing yours!
You can attend BJDC which is in a few weeks in Texas or MDCC in August in New Orleans - she only sells at shows right now so you need to attend a show, or purchase on the secondary market 💜 Good luck!
Your doll collection is wonderful. I had pre-ordered a Connie Lowe Meek years ago but when she arrived I just could not bond with her. I don't really like the dark face-ups that Connie is known for. To each their own, I didn't think that I would like Blythe either but I do. I do love most dolls and I do try to purchase various artist's dolls to add to my collection. I rarely resell my dolls but I have resold the Connie Lowe Meek.
I understand your pain 😅… I talk to my dolls and apologize for blocking one with another … and I tell them they have to cooperate if not I am going to have to sell them … lol 😆… I can’t wait to see an updated room tour 😊
Awww These are such beautiful and unique dolls. I know it’s hard to part with anything from your collection. I’m glad that they were able to fit on the shelf. They look like they’re taking a family portrait. Also, I love that the artist gave all of them a story. My favorites are the littlest. ✨✨✨😍
You have another "Hazel" don't you Allison? Smaller? Love this!! I didn't collect dolls until about 10 years ago and my knowledge is pretty sparse so...thanks for the ongoing education and entertainment.
I really enjoyed this video! The lack of space is a real problem and I think you are very creative. I always get ideas from seeing how you display your dolls, thanks!
I love to watch your videos!! 😃It was not boring at all it was fun to watch you set up your shelf!! Your dolls are so beautiful! It was fun! I loved hanging out with you! I would love to come help you it would be so fun!!😃❤️
Yes, you really are a bright gem. Collections of dolls and their stuff, big or small is always intriguing, and its helpful to learn about what's out there in the market place. We get whats affordable to each of us. I'm happy with what I can find second hand mostly. And love when I can say isn't she cute and only $ 5.00 bucks. .
So adorable I just enjoy your sweet doll collection full of their own personality ❤ I look forward to see a doll room tour for 2024 if you decide to do one. I to have many dolls hoping to be contend with what I have and start back making cloth doll and crochet dolls. This my goal for 2024. Enjoy your doll hobby and take care of yourself.❤
Love your Big Hazel! I have the smaller version. I have three of Connie's beautiful dolls and I treasure them. You are so right about never saying never when it comes to collecting. My taste has definitely changed and evolved. You are at a point where I want to be where you are curating your collection and purchases. I am thinking about attending, BJDC Austin because it is such a fun convention.
