Thank you! You can clearly see that drills are in acrylic in your video. That's what i was wondering. There's less static and less trash drills with acrylic but i prefer Resin for the sparkles.
I'm so relieved to hear you say that about the dimples. I never thought they were an issue, but then I started hearing about it everywhere as a big no no. Then I got some Diamond Art Club and about 80% have a dimples, so I was like "but this was supposed to be a quality company!" ... Really confused so I'm glad to see you echoing my original thoughts! :D

I am in the UK & have used this same company (Diamond Painting Factory - DPF) a few times now, so I'm happy to see you've reviewed them in this video. This is my experience of them - I've previously ordered one custom & 4 standard DPs, all squares, and overall think DPF are pretty good. They're a UK based company whose stuff comes from China, but they recently bought a whole lot of stock over to the UK so that we can order specific kits and they'll be delivered from here, hence delivery time is dramatically reduced - a bonus for us Brits! My first few orders from them took 6/7 weeks (covid), but the most recent one from China took half that time. I wish they'd provide an inventory as I like to know these things, and weirdly, sometimes my canvases come with one, other times not. I ran out of one packet of drills on my custom (it was my first DP, I was a naive pup then, lol) and asked them to replace it (not a problem - their customer services was excellent), not knowing it would of course take 4/5 weeks to arrive. I then discovered I could buy a packet of spares locally that would arrive in a few days, so that's what I did. Funnily enough, that's what made me appreciate the excellent quality of the DPF squares! They are so lovely and great quality, I didn't realise that wasn't the norm until my replacements came from a different company where I was only able to use 1 in every 2 drills. I do like DPF's packaging, although one time I also had 2 kits in one box and they were so squished, one was truly beyond repair. I contacted their customer services who asked me to send pics, then they sent me a replacement with no fuss. Oddly, the replacement was poured glue! I queried it & they said that's just how that particular canvas had arrived & they were investigating to see if more could come like that. They're not a perfect company (I really wish they would switch permanently to poured glue, and my canvases usually needs a light pad to be seen perfectly), but then how many are? Their excellent drill quality, range of images sold, recent move to UK held stock and their excellent customer services is what will definitely keep me going back for more. Sorry that was so long but I really wanted to provide some honest feedback of my experiences with them, following on from your review :) Please keep up the great videos Mrs C, you are so entertaining while I DP & I always look forward to watching them

In the Book of Life, you had air bubbles. Is that possible to take a needle and puncture in the center of the bubble to let air go away when you will pass the roller on the canvas??
yes but you want to pierce is a few times and then flatten it and lay something heavy on it to make sure it stays down or your canvas will show waves in it.

my current wip has 3 bags the same size of your 819s of 939s. The kit calls for just shy of 40k 939s. Unfortunately for me it's a PWD kit so there's so much trash! wouldn't bother finishing it if it wasn't such a great picture.
I had two customs from them. I would never buy from them again. The one orders canvas had massive glue rivers and divets and the other custom had a number of drills missing. They promised they would send replacement drills. They never turned up.
Crafting with Mrs. Crochet and Coffee four months ago. They wouldn’t answer my emails. I had to put up pictures of the canvas all over the fb diamond painting groups I am in to finally get a response off them.
