I have bought a divoom about a year and a half but arround 7 months the battery just died and it wont work even directelly connected to USB. The worst thing is there is simply NO SUPPORT from the manufacturer. The e-mail does not give any response and there is no way to contact them. Will never buy anithing from them again.

I got the ditoo speaker for my brother in black and unfortunately the packeging was a little broken. That case where the device is laying and where the charger is underneath. The device itself is fine but since this is a birthday gift i was a little sad that something came broken. Also my device was not as secuered in the package as it was in hers
