Yea i know how you feel ive had to return all the florentine domed bags ive ordered. 3).. i dont mind minor marks but deep long scratches or a tape on the florentine leather ! . The paint would strip off if i would.of removed it. I gave up on the riverside ca facility .

These pieces are gorgeous! I am so sorry about that scratch on the domed satchel. I like the texture and the natural marks but that scratch is a no go. I have been eyeing the florentine domed satchel in the natural but it’s hard to make out the texture in the photos. These videos are so helpful!! TFS!!!

@@dooneydaze yeah, I have that tote in black, and I just rub out the little scuffs that I get. It’s definitely getting softer with use. When I first bought the tote, I put heavy things inside of it and hung it for a few days to slightly stretch the straps to increase the strap drop a little or slightly! I can definitely see it being one of my lifetime totes.
