So I'm not the only one to fit a Purepower motor to a Henry!, I cut the shaft of mine while covering the bearing with tape to prevent shards from entering, It turned out a beast!. It was originally a 620w machine.
Nice Henry, I believe you can get replacement contacts for the cord rewind. Also I recommend you hold the power button instead of toggling it when using the angle grinder, that way if you have to let go of it, it will stop.

Love a good 90s yellow Henry, had a few and now got a mint 95 yellow plus in the collection. Was wondering if maybe using the OG thermal cut out would cause any problems? As the ametek style motors usually have them inbuilt near the coils so wouldnt be neccessary to have two TOCs.
