All magic is coming in magnetic lid boxes these days. Surely that contributes at least 10 dollars towards the effects asking price. Bet this effect be 30 not 40 without it
Not necessarily. Hover Card Plus is the same price and it comes in a plastic bag. The Razor Wallet is an entire gimmicked wallet with extra gimmicks included and it is also the same price. The reason that this is priced the way it is, is to discourage those that are idly curious. This is a professional routine, and we use some price points to encourage professionals to buy our products.
Erik covers this in the video, basically all you need to do is get your hands a little wet and work it into the dough. You can add a little more water if you need to.
@@penguinmagicshop What do you do when you order this product and the WHOLE container of dough comes to you dry? I tried working water into the dough but I ended up with a mess and a bunch of tiny dried out pieces in the reconstituted dough. It became too much to deal with so I went out and got some red Model Magic clay but it's not the same color. Wouldn't it be better to make the gimmick so that it matches easily purchasable replacement dough? Or at least sell refills of the correct color?!? I'm at the point where I'm considering painting the gimmick to match the available clay but why is this even an issue? Feels the possibility of having to replace the dough wasn't even considered when this was designed
