oh and one more Q: what kind of reflectors does it come with? I believe we need front and rear end passive reflectors installed as well as reflectors on the wheels in Germany?

I'm actually not quite sure which ones they are, and I didn't attach any. I guess overall, those kinds of bikes are not "super legal" on the streets, especially when it comes to clip-on lights. But I doubt that anyone would stop a cyclist for that. Did you get your new bike yet? 😍

@@AlineGoesCycling Yes, great bike but the gearing system is way off (rattling noises with several gears) and missing a part for the front derailleur and the manuals of the fender and rack do not realy explain how to mount them to the bike (were produced before the Revolt A2 came out). No answers from Giant service either. I would probably not recommend Giant due to the fact that mounting their accessories is totally not intuitive and that accessory designs and compatibility with this bike are not satisfactory in my view. At this price point I don't need such compromises....but these are not normal times....:-)

@@0301chris1 That's true. Sorry to hear that you have so many issues. I had some problems with the gears as well, but had someone at the bike shop adjust them and it's good now, as far as I can tell.

Bullshit. The Crosscuts are made by Maxxis and branded for Giant. They are awesome tires for road and quite ok for off road.

I'm 171 cm tall. I could've also taken the S, but decided on the M because it felt more comfortable. I don't like it when a bike feels to small, even if it's technically the correct size :D I would recommend checking out similar models at a store and get a feeling for their sizing

I’m exactly 171 as well and pretty happy with size M. I don’t like it when the bike feels small-ish. But I haven’t done a really long ride (+100km) on it yet, so I can’t 100% say if I picked the right size. It feels comfy, though.

I have different mounts for different bikes. For that one, I bought a K-Edge Wahoo MAX mount that holds my Wahoo and a GoPro. If you have a phone, check out the ones from SP Connect! They're great

@@AlineGoesCycling if you are the original owner they will replace the frame, the cracks are caused by the d fuse post and the shim

When they're wet, they're horrible :D But at least they work better in nasty weather than rim brakes on carbon wheels 😂
