Happy holiday!! I don’t really have any tradition Christmas dishes but at family gathers we always have basic Asian dishes. My all time favorite is banh beo a Vietnamese dish. Google describes it as a water fern cake but it’s basically a dish made of rice flour and steamed. It’s served with shrimp, green onions and fish sauce! Thank you for always giving back! When you said about Minnie showing it on her channel I suspected right away and I was right. As usual it’s a bit pricey here in Canada but if you love it then it’s a must. I have thought about it as well and in Ontario it says you have to buy in store only. If I ever get out of my house maybe I’ll make a trip to Gucci and take a look at it.
