Crystal God is preparing you to set a place for the bibles that may not be available for the left behind. We have to leave bibles behind and letters and versus and devotionals for those who will be left behind. God bless you as God gets your house in order for those who will search for you and will not find you but will find what they need. In each bible you should add instructions on prayers and versus they will need.

You have good taste, my brother in Christ. 😁 I'd love to have a pocket KJV to take on the go, but my eyes can't read small font anymore. Boo... I do have three larger KJV Bibles, all of which I enjoy reading.
“I desire that the Feast of Mercy be a refuge and a shelter for all souls, and especially for poor sinners. On that day the very depths of My tender mercy are open. I pour out a whole ocean of graces upon those souls who approach the fount of My mercy. The soul that will go to Confession and receive Holy Communion shall obtain complete forgiveness of sins and punishment.” When I was ordained in 1997, Divine Mercy was still part of my life. The Divine Mercy holy cards were among those that I distributed at my ordination reception. In the year 2000, St. Pope John Paul II canonized St. Faustina and declared the Sunday after Easter to be Divine Mercy Sunday, as Jesus had requested of her.
They're not all KJV; I know what you mean about the "newer" translations altering the New Testament with regard to the name of Jesus, the title of Christ, and salvation through His blood. It's my hope, though, that anyone left behind still will benefit from other translations, whatever ones they're able to access.
Easter is a fun holiday: hunting eggs and family time, but what’s it really about? It’s the anniversary of the Resurrection of Jesus Christ-the One who died to save us from our sins. Jesus declared, “...I am the First and the Last. I am the living one. I died, but look-I am alive forever and ever! And I hold the keys of death and the grave.” (Rev 1:17b-18) How will you do on Judgment Day? Ever lied, stolen, or looked with lust? If you have broken even one of these laws, you’re a lawbreaker. “For whoever keeps the whole law but fails in one point has become guilty of all of it.” (James 2:10) Picture yourself in a courtroom, guilty of serious crimes. The judge sentences you to a million dollar fine, or life in prison. Unable to pay, the guard leads you away, then someone steps in and pays your fine. You’re free to go! This is what Jesus did for sinners. He took the punishment by taking God's wrath on the Cross. Then he rose from the dead, defeating death! Repent and put your trust in Jesus today; you may not have tomorrow.
