Not my smoothest install but everything worked out in the end! I already did my first test ride with this forks and I am in love! Can't wait to share the video with you guys. Just recently, I converted my Fox 38 to a coil. Night and day difference. All I can think about is how I should have done it sooner, lol! Sweet deal on that Zoke! Also, appreciate the dose of reality your videos provide when working on your bike, Cuz' you know, 90% of us amateur mechanics are making the EXACT same errors.

Cant speak for coil but the air version of this fork is very good. Went from Fox 34 to Z1 and have zero complaints beyond 1/3 lb weight increase.

Sweet set up brother but please try to always use the seat post to clamp onto. Would suck to dent the aluminum or if you are working on a carbon bike, possibly crack it. 😬

Thank you! And Appreciate the concern but I’ll probably keep clamping it on the frame😅 I agree it’s not a good habit to have but I’m just too lazy to raise my seat post every time I work on my bike 😭

You made this install look easy. I like that you used a grinder and not a pipe cutter like every video. it's more realistic, and not everyone has all the bike tools. Btw what kind of grease is that?

Yeah I rarely cut anything on my bike and the few times that I do I just use a grinder 😅 works for cutting my bars as well haha. I just got that grease on Amazon, it’s called maxima 80916 waterproof grease 👍

i have 2 clash bikes and i have all Marzocchi suspension. One bike i have as DH i have the Bomber 58 dual crown on the clash, YEAH I KNOW THEY MAKE A FRS, just live

I’ve been loving it honestly 😭🙌 I weigh 160 pounds and I’m running a medium spring rate. The fork is 180mm in travel as well 🤙

What was the original travel you had on your fork before you upgraded to the marzocchi?

Same travel on both forks (180mm of travel) 😁 I just wanted to try out a cool fork instead of air 🙌

I’ve always wanted to try a coil fork ever since I went coil in the rear, and this Bomber fork was on sale for $330 so I hopped on the deal 🤘😁 I ended up giving away my yari fork on instagram in a “scavenger hunt” in Laguna beach 🙌
