Ticketmaster eventually came through in early July and sent me a link to get tickets to the 6th show they added to Los Angeles, August 7th. In the heat of the moment I bought nose bleeds that were actually VIP tickets, part of the It's a Love Story Package. Here's the unboxing of this package.

Which city will you be attending? I saw that in Brazil the VIP box was pretty similar as well.

hi! I'm going to the concert in about a month on Nov 19th in Rio de Janeiro and I also bought VIP tickets. When did you receive this package relative to when your actual concert was? Just wondering when I'm supposed to get mine. Thank you!

Hey! I think mine arrived a week before the concert. But my friend in Brazil said it’ll work differently there, apparently the package pick up will be at the venue, day of concert.

@@LeiloandoIdeias I was actually hoping it would be that way. I live in the states and my family in brazil has the tickets, so it would probably be easier to get at the concert. do you know if that’s 100% confirmed?
