Unboxing LEMAX Packages! 

Oh, that was a fun unboxing. The Library was my favorite. TFS!

The facade buildings are terrific! We have an old beatup wooden ladder that we've used in the past for display that I might just have to break out of storage to display them on!!!

Remember the Lemax "pink candy factory" house you unboxed? Think you could make a mini Valentine's display this year?

Miriam, I love every single piece, they are fabulous. I promised myself last year that I would not buy myself single piece since I have almost 200 buildings plus accessories and no more space to store them, BUT, after seeing these great pieces I might end up breaking my own promise...They are just wonderful!!!

Oh Miriam, i love them all but my favorite is the Truffle Factory. Just beautiful. So excited for Christmas. Working on things for my village. Thank you for sharing.

Hi Miriam, I'm so glad Mom watches your vidoes too, but RU-vid just doesn't want to let me know when you have a new post. Grrr. Anywho, I'm so loving the buildings that you got. All the movement with the chocolate and bottle factories, the adorable bubble/soap shop, the library with the books inside and don't even get me started on those facades. WOW! They are amazing. When Joann Fabrics used to sell houses, I always went for the unique ones based so size, shape or type of building that is was. You defintely have some winners here. Can't wait to see your next video with all your figurines and supplies. As always, all the best to you and yours.

This was so fun, I love some of the Lemax but also enjoy Dept 56. Nothing like unwrapping Christmas village stuff in June yeah.

When I saw those 2 big boxes, my heart fluttered! I was like "what did we get!" 😂 My favorite is the wine bottling and the cheese factory. I can't wait to see what else we got! 😂

Bubble Boutique Village Library is giving me "pink" village vibes. Great for creating a specific color theme to match a pink room. My wheels are spinning!

After watching your video, I had to have the 2 building facade pieces and the bottling company piece. I just ordered them. Definitely not a cheap hobby! Are you planning on using the existing village with these pieces? You need a bigger table! LOL. I'm so excited for this year. My village will be completely different with my new platforms and pieces. Thank you for all the inspiration and instruction. You're the best!!

Love those Facade pieces! Was thinking about using them with "platform mountains" you did on (5/27/20). Think it could work?

Question! Do the motors on the animated houses hold up pretty well? We have had serious issues with a couple of Dept 56 motors. I found a guy on ebay who sells replacement motors, but the old motors are just about impossible to get out of the houses - without breaking the houses. Now we only use the motion very occassionally - like when we have folks over to see the setup.

I wish plugs were underneath and not on the back or sides of buildings.
