Are the 3 stripe is fabric too? Or using same materials with the sponsor like last season?

Different patch of fabric than the main fabric used for the rest of the jersey. It's not printed like last season.

The right one looks fake. I don’t like the flower design being highlighted that much. I like the original subtle design much better.

The one on the right is the players version. The flower design is indeed slightly more visible on the players shirt while it's more subtle on the fans version on the left.
