Packaging is only supposed to be 1-3% of your retail value of purchase. I wonder what the cost of that product was, because this is extreme packaging.

A lot of good stuff about this packaging. But I am not a fan of including return mailer / envelope in the box, when I know 99% of the time it is not going to be used. Instead just put a self adhesive return label in the box, and let the customer use own return envelope / mailer if they need to send it. Also the handle is fancy, but I do not think it is sturdy enough, or can accommodate all sizes of palms. I think there are better design for handles around.
